We’re making an important update to the way you access and purchase courses from Dave Elitch.

To simplify access and improve long-term support, S.O.O.Y.O.W. (stayingoutofyourownway.com) is being merged into Dave Elitch/G.O.O.Y.O.W. (daveelitch.com).

All courses will now live under a single site and account system.

Why we’re doing this

• Creates a single login for all courses from Dave
• Better long-term maintenance and updates
• Faster support and fewer account issues
• A more consistent learning experience

What’s changing

Effective immediately, new purchases on stayingoutofyourownway.com are now closed.

The course previously sold on stayingoutofyourownway.com is now available on daveelitch.com here.

Existing customers keep full access

If you’ve already purchased the course from S.O.O.Y.O.W., your access is safe. We’re migrating that access into Dave Elitch/G.O.O.Y.O.W. so everything lives in one place.

Your existing access on stayingoutofyourownway.com will still be available during this time, we'll keep that available until we've completed the merge in full.

Accounts will be merged

Most users won’t need to do anything. If you already have a Dave Elitch/G.O.O.Y.O.W. (daveelitch.com) account, your S.O.O.Y.O.W. course content will be added there. If you don't have an existing account, you will be prompted to create one.

You won’t lose access to anything you’ve already purchased.

Support is available if needed

While we expect this process to be smooth, we’ll handle any edge cases individually to ensure no one loses access.

Nothing right now. We’ll notify customers directly if any action is required.

What’s next?

This won’t be the end of account related changes - with the way Shopify is moving from legacy customer accounts to Shop logins, we’ll be updating the website and accounts pages to support the shift.
